Jesus Lopez is an exemplary service advisor and I trust his advice and recommendations. His communications throughout the service is timely and his updates are much appreciated. When we meet he treats me courteously and makes me feel like a valued Lexus customer. Henry Vuong is the service technician who works on my Lexus and I am able to schedule the service when he is available. He greets me when I arrive and goes over all the service that is planned for my car. I have never had to come back to Lexus to correct or modify any work he has performed. I have confidence in whatever work he completes on my car and follow his recommendations following the service appointment. Jesus and Henry are a great team for me and is an important aspect of my continuing satisfaction with Lexus of Glendale. More
