Our sales person Daphne was excellent and knowledgeable. She deserves 10 stars and a raise !!! I first contacted her by phone and she made a commitment to call me back in 3 minutes after getting the inform She deserves 10 stars and a raise !!! I first contacted her by phone and she made a commitment to call me back in 3 minutes after getting the information I requested. She kept her word, and did this for me at least 2 more times. She also called to verify our appointment. When we arrived Daphne greeted us and showed us to the Lexus I had requested to test drive. Daphne made the entire process go smoothly and we purchased the Lexus that evening. She also took the time to help me pair my cell phone with my Lexus. Daphne answered all my questions and gave me her number in case I needed to contact her again. She went above and beyond and brought us cold water to quench our thirst on the long drive back to San Diego on a hot evening. More
