I honestly have never had such a terrible car buying experience. The sales guy Brian Hernandez was fine but once he handed us off to finance, Michael (Mgo) Kalayjian truly ruined any possible positive e experience. I have never been belittled, talked down to, and disrespected as much as I was by Michael. I am a woman in my mid 20s and he seemed to think that meant I was deserving of no respect and at times he would not even make eye contact with me and directed questions to my husband (who was not part of buying or financing the car at all!!). I questioned him when he came back with a higher rate than the sales rep had given us initially, and then he got angry and defensive and tried to explain interest rates to me (I am a financial analyst. I did not appreciate his poor mansplaining). When it got to the dealer add on time, Mgo was very condescending and told me I needed to tell him what I thought each warranty included and then told me what I said wrong. Why not just explain to me what the benefits are instead of acting like you’re testing me? If we hadn’t driven 2 hours to that dealer to get that specific GX- I would have left and dropped the sale. I cannot say enough how much it ruined the Lexus reputation for me and I have told numerous people to avoid this dealer at ALL COSTS. I love my car, but again would give 0 stars in possible due to Michael’s heinous behavior. More

Lara was excellent. Very attentive to my needs, very friendly and is still helpful even after delivery of my vehicle. Additionally, she tried for an hour to register the Lexus App to my car (turns out there was a system wide outage re the app). I would definitely purchase another car from her! I encountered a long delay in the finance department due to "computer/printer problems". Toyota doesn't have these issues as their documents appear on a table top where the customer can read and sign them. At the end, they provide a thumb drive with everything on it so nothing is printed. Lexus needs to follow Toyota's lead and move into the 21st century! Despite this, LoG still gets a 5-star rating which tells you how good Lara was! Also, someone named Vartan assisted with the app registration a couple of days after delivery, but there was still a system problem, so not a dealer problem. More

We bought a nx300 at Lexus of Glendale and was helped by Michael (Mgo) Kalayjian. We had some minor problems here and there and also couple questions. We asked if we have problems getting the pink slip, (because we did have a problem with getting it with previous cars) who we should call. He said bank, and we got confused which bank we should call. He asked 'which bank do you think?' In a condescending way (He could have just said Lexus financial, or simply given us a number to Lexus financial. He did not seem to have much knowledge about any questions that we had, and also said that he is doing us a favor by doing all the documents (I thought Lexus paid him to do it..? And also we could do dmv documents easily too?) for us. The experience was not pleasant at all! More
