Best Lexus dealer out there This is our second time buying a Lexus from Magnussen, first with Ben Gullo and now with Fred Omar. Both gentleman were incredibly friendly and willin This is our second time buying a Lexus from Magnussen, first with Ben Gullo and now with Fred Omar. Both gentleman were incredibly friendly and willing to make a deal. Fred Choudry helped us with our paperwork and got us in and out very quickly, which was such a relief since we took a long time deciding on which vehicle/financing configuration we wanted to walk out with. We left both times same-day feeling like all our questions had been answered and all of our needs had been met. They painstakingly walked us through various financing options, vehicle models (our minds were not made up the second time) and took us on multiple test drives with different vehicles. Also would add that they were the only dealer willing to negotiate via email. All of the other Bay Area dealerships just tried to lure us in without giving us any numbers. They will also pull any new cars from other dealers if they don't have the trim you want. They always have a nice place to sit, water and hot coffee/tea for service appointments as well, along with courtesy cards for extended services.We couldn't recommend Magnussen more. 5 stars! More

They were respectful, straightforward and honest. Jennifer H. was my main point of contact and she helped me obtain the exact vehicle I wanted and provided the necessary information I needed along the way to make an informed decision. She was always quick to respond and very patient. The way she worked with me throughout the process was nothing short of brilliant. I am very grateful to have had someone like her help me with such a big decision and a sometimes stressful process. Sonny A. and Mike C. helped me out once I got to the dealership. They were real down-to-earth folks. Their hospitality was nothing like I've ever experienced at a dealership before. It was genuine. While the car was being readied I had the chance to chat with them and not once did I feel like a customer speaking with sales specialists; Instead I felt like I was having a person to person conversation.
