She was able to ensure that her dealership provided me with the financial deal that was exceptional. This new car is for my wife. In addition to stressing the luxury features, quality ride and performance, Dawn was able to provide my wife with a comfort factor of being able to rely on her and her dealership for needs as simple as getting a car wash or figuring out how to use a feature of the new ES350 we leased. Dawn demonstrated top quality customer skills and was extremely knowledgeable about the entire Lexus family of vehicles. Very glad we are now a Lexus owner. Came in for service on my vehicle because I hit a pothole and suddenly it stalled in the expressway which was scary as hell. Long story short somehow I ended up leasing something that was unnecessary. Absolute ripoff, they try to up-sell you and push you to lease something you don't need just to meet their sales quota. I ended up trading my leased Lexus for a new 2014 Lexus because the sales manager and salesperson made me think that my payments would be covered and I wouldn't have to pay a single dime more. Yea right! I ended up having to pay both leases for one month and once I complained to them they said it was my responsibility to contact Lexus Financial Services. Yet when selling me the lease, they guaranteed me that they would handle everything which was a complete lie. Then came the wear and tear charges which they guaranteed they would take care of. After weeks of trying to resolve the issue the payment portion was settled with the General Manager and with the Better Business Bureau. Which was justified, however their selling practices weren't. During the selling process the sales manager as well as the salesperson were very pushy and even told us that he wanted me to get this car because his District Manager was in that day and he was never there so it would look great if we got this deal. On top of that they were highly unprofessional making inappropriate remarks to my boyfriend and I because since we are young we wouldn't take offense to it but we did. Stupid as I was I should of taken that as a red flag, but yet they have the ability to convince customers that everything will be fine so I trusted them. Learned my lesson never trust these people again. My consequence in trusting these people was leasing a new Lexus for $650 a month for 48 months when I only had 8 months left with my previous vehicle which I paid $150 less. Now I'm stuck with something I'm not happy with and paying more for a longer period of time. Awesome. Be careful who you deal with at this dealership. If you do decide to go to this place make sure the salesperson you deal with has truly good intentions. If Max is still there I would say go to him he helped me getting my first vehicle which I was happy about but not his cousin Freddy which is the salesperson who screwed us over. Driving it, using the features and speaking with Dawn was a great experience. Dawn worked with my affordability and I was able to leave Lexus with the car of my dreams. I got way more than I expected and for an excellent price. Dawn was excellent, very attentive, clear. thorough and efficient. I would definitely be recommending her to others as well as this dealership. It was also a plus to have complimentary food and a massage while waiting for paper work. We visited Lexus pre-owned to purchase our third Lexus RX 350 and the customer service experience was exceptional. Sales Associate Elenita Talusan made us feel respected and valued as we entered the dealers 350 and the customer service experience was exceptional. Sales Associate Elenita Talusan made us feel respected and valued as we entered the dealership up until the sale was completed. Elenita went as far as to deliver my new pre-owned RX 350 to my home and picked up my trade-in. She went above and beyond and we appreciated her time and commitment to customer satisfaction. My new RX 350 arrived in excellent condition and all small touch ups were completed and the car appears to be brand new. Elenita also went through and set up all the features of my new Lexus. Wow! I would absolutely recommend Lexus of Rcokville Centre to any consumer. The entire staff was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and provided a great overall professional experience. He worked very hard and diligently on my behalf and I'm truly grateful for all of his help. My 'certified pre-owned" ES 350 is gorgeous and looks like a brand new car. This was by far the "most" pleasant and fun car buying experience I've ever had. I highly recommend contacting Richard Healy if you are in the market for a pristine pre-owned Lexus. I bought my 2008 ES350 from you five years ago. I have received a bunch of emails and letters about trading in and keeping my payments the same. I also was in about a year and half ago for a test drive of a new ES350 and visited in November 2013 for another test drive and possibly a trade in of my 2008 for a 2014. I received mediocre pricing and a trade in appraisal but no follow up. I just bought my new car from a dealer who was 40 miles away and couldnt do enough to earn my business. Their pricing was so aggressive and they did what they needed to make the deal. My sales was Lexus of RVC's to lose and they managed to do just that. I am not sending this note out to be a “tool” or be rude. I am sending this as a business manager who always wants to improve his team and that’s more difficult unless we know where we fell short.
