My New Epiphany of Lexus I had been car shopping for a month trying to decide what I wanted in a car as far as features and prices. I hadn’t considered Lexus because I wasn’t fond of the way my Mom had been treated by Lexus of Massapequa. I had visited them earlier that day and they weren’t mean just not as knowledgeable. I was looking for a 2016. I went to Infiniti a couple of doors west of Lexus and they were really interested in my business. I am an Infiniti owner and was very happy with their service ESPECIALLY that dealership because of Rico. I just wasn’t quite sold on the QX60. I didn’t like the way it was shaped plus it didn’t come with a lot of amenities for the price. I stopped in Mercedes and didn’t see anything worth my time. I felt they were OVERPRICED and all their cars were basic. My Mom suggested stopping in Lexus. I was hesitant but I listened. We were greeted by the valet who was extremely pleasant, he was smiling. We walked in and met Clem. He introduced himself and immediately wanted to know what he could do for me. He took an interest in what we needed and how he could help. I was looking for a 2016. He took the time explaining why I wasn’t finding what I was looking for and why I should look at a 2017. He listened to my gripes. He at times rebutted my complaints with facts about the Lexus RX350. He convinced me to test drive. He picked the exact car I was looking for for me to test drive. He made me feel like I was already an owner. He didnt push me into buying a car he convinced me that buying this car was what was best for my family. I was extremely happy with how Clem made things easy for me. He made sure I left with the car I wanted. I would recommend Clem and this Lexus dealership to everyone who asks me about my car. I want to thank Clem and Lexus of Rockville Center for making me and my Mom friends of Lexus again. More

And just so you know I Had a full paint correction done on my car in November 16 with ceramic pro over at Garage 224 in Garden City and the dealer FCKED it UP! so NOW I HAVE TO PAY 1000$ to HAVE THE WORK REDONE HOW COULD I REFER ANYONE TO GO THERE AFTER THEY FCKED ME OVER WHY WOULD I SEND PEOPLE THERE TO THROWAWAY THERE HARD EARNED MONEY The wheel picture posted is the repair they did in 2015 was redone in 2016...2017 THE POOR REPAIR the finish is flaking off the wheel so Now I GOT TO PAY 500 to POWDERCOAT!!
