Lexus of Freeport

I've had a Lexus in the past and my current lease was coming up on an RX350. They used to be Lexus of Rockville Centre and moved. They couldn't offer us anything special even though they kept saying yo coming up on an RX350. They used to be Lexus of Rockville Centre and moved. The car itself is a nice ride, however the system itself is antiquated. We had been to several dealerships and they made the worst offer of everyone. My car was 2019 with less than 10,000 miles on it!!! I won't be purchasing a Lexus again, they're not worth the money. More

Service department stay far away from. Your car will never be the same. A lot of scams going on there. Money under the table if you know what I mean. They scam the xxxx out of insurance companies. I visited this dealership, test drove a car, picked out the car I wanted, submitted the credit application. They said the car I wanted was at their other dealership and once they process the transfer, we c the car I wanted, submitted the credit application. I spoke to the sales agent Max A. again a few days later and he informed they are still waiting on the transfer and would have it by the end of the month. Well several unanswered calls later I requested the sales manager on 5/2. He assured me he would handle my purchase from there but, several hours later Max called and said they are still waiting on the transfer. I asked him to give me an update (no news, good news or bad news) at the end of the week and I have yet to receive a call. Then, I turned to Lexus corporate on 5/13, gave them the details and was told a case manager would contact me the next day. I’m still waiting... I purchased a Lexus car January 2020 and now I regret ever giving them my business. I have never had this experience with a dealership and as a woman of color, I am left to think of the worst. More
