They were very professional in handling my appointment from start to finish. There was a little issue at the end after my car was ready, which delayed my getting into the car and driving off. However this from start to finish. There was a little issue at the end after my car was ready, which delayed my getting into the car and driving off. However this was resolved in a few minutes. This dealership needs a more accommodating waiting area. It is very difficult to relax and wait for your car to be serviced. The Quiet Room is okay, but can only accommodate a limited number of customers. This situation needs to be addressed immediately! More
