The car I purchased had apparently been used as a demo and was sold but never delivered to another customer (36 miles was added to odometer while the dealer had the car). As a result, the SXM and Enform had already been activated. I had to call Lexus and Sirius to get me the full trial periods restored. The dealer did compensate with 2 additional years of free oil changes. However, they should have disclosed the prior sale and demo use of the car. More
