Thank you, Frank Rondinone and Aaron Lioe Review by Sundar Subramanian, Woodbridge I must take this opportunity to write about two of your employees, namely, Mr. Frank Rondinone (Parts) and Review by Sundar Subramanian, Woodbridge I must take this opportunity to write about two of your employees, namely, Mr. Frank Rondinone (Parts) and Mr. Aaron Lioe (Tech), two excellent gentleman, who readily helped fix a detached molding on the right passenger side of our Lexus ES 350. Two weeks back, when we approached Lexus of Edison to have this problem fixed, it was determined that we had to replace the entire molding. Yesterday, however, we requested Mr. Frank Rondinone to help us make sure that we were indeed ordering the correct part. He readily checked our car and recommended that we only needed to purchase two clips, since the molding was not damaged. In turn, he, along with Mr. Aaron Lioe, fixed the problem in five minutes and our car was looking as good as ever! It saved us at least $275! Both were very pleasant and deserve praise for their readiness to help. These are two amazing employees of Lexus of Edison. More

Thus far my experience on a scale of 1 to 10 would be somewhere near a 9 based mostly on a wonderful salesman with a great down to earth easy going demeanor. His name is Yan, if he is a reflection of the rest of the sales team then you should have the same great experience that I have had thus far. The waiting for 2 hours for minor service though is not acceptable. So here's the story, TODAY will make or break my review. I will be back here shortly to document my experience, stay tuned as I will most definitely provide an honest assessment, one that you can rely on as I know the challenges they face, as does any reputable business. We worked mainly wi We went to check out Lexus cars before Labor Day weekend hoping to lease trying to take advantage of the Golden Opportunity Event. We worked mainly with Robert Bruno. However, the dealer did not have the color we wanted but we still decided to put down 9 multiple security deposits of $3,600 ($2,500 on credit card and $1,100 on check) to secure another color combination. However, we were notified after the weekend via email that the car we put deposit down for was sold during the Labor Day weekend. No comment on this part since I understand it's a business decision and we didn't pass one of the pre-requisite to qualify for the college graduate discount, which would make a difference in terms of monthly payments. However, I still felt cheated since we put down a large good faith deposit but the dealer did not ask us whether we still want to proceed without the discount before selling. (ps: another Lexus dealership was able to help us pass the pre-requisite without the paperwork requested by Lexus of Edison). More importantly, we requested to have our deposit refunded on September 15th, refund came in on September 22nd. However, our bad since we didn't provide name correctly so they have to re-issue a check. Since then, we sent multiple emails and left voicemails to check the status. We went to the dealer on October 11th and the reception talked to the manager and then told us it will be processed soon and mailed to us in the following weeks. It's been another 17 days and I still have not received the check in spite of multiple follow ups. I don't think USPS takes that long since I live in the neighboring town. I'm still waiting for my check at this point. Overall not a very positive experience even though other people might disagree. Unfortunately not going to win my business in the future. More

The manager Wayne Gross ok'd the loaner. These guys always go above and beyond. More

After agreeing on the purchase price of the vehicle and completing the necessary paperwork associated with the purchase, I had to wait for over 2 hours to meet with someone else to go over the paperwork again. Knowing I was a little peeved at the length of the delay, he was able to complete that step in less than ten minutes. I was not provided with any good reason for why I had to wait so long for that step of the process. That situation needs to be improved. I also had some difficulty with trying to leave a phone message. Whether dialing a direct extension or being forwarded by the operator, I would get caught up in a loop message that kept repeating and not allowing me to leave a message. Very frustrating. Two minor issues that can be improved on an otherwise good operation. One other item with bad/good aspects to it. After getting the vehicle I had a problem that I was assured was checked out and okay. But after advising of the same repeated problem, they promptly took care of it. I have always maintained that problems are inevitable, but how the problems are handled is the key. In this respect they did a great job. More

We were very lucky to have a chance to meet Nick Peresunko who is a great sales consultant and a good guy in general. Nick put his accents on all principal points, explained us what is important at the time of buying a car and what can wait. We took a great car with a good financing plan! We are highly recommending this dealer to work with. More

Extremely Dissatisfied I bought a used 2004 Honda CRV in March, just a few months ago. It had about 160k miles on it - I wasn't looking for a long term car, just something to get me through my last year in college. The employee assured me that the dealership took care of everything for my car so that when I left the lot there was nothing I had to do, they took care of registration and my new license plates which seemed great. However, I was under the assumption that there was nothing I had to do, until I got stopped by a police officer in July and received a ticket for not having my car inspected. Yes, it was my fault for not noticing I didn't have the inspection sticker, but it wasn't something that was on my mind since I was so sure that everything was taken care of. Brought my car into a garage and was told that I need to replace the catalytic converter: a mere $1,500. Long story short, I was never told that my used car either didn't go through inspection, or that it didn't pass inspection. I now am paying $2000 because my car needs to pass inspection. Thank you Lexus of Edison for lying to me and stealing my money. More
