Said the car would be ready to test drive at 12:00. It wasn’t ready until after 1:00. Car was so dirty I was embarrassed to test drive it. After 4 1/2 hours at the dealership we drove home(200 miles )and realized there was no owner’s manual. Staff was very friendly, but the dealership lacks organization and quality of service.
