I had the misfort une of having my battery die July 2, scheduled an appt. to have a new battery installed on 7/3/26. Staffing was sparse due to holiday and i discovered that i could not have a battery ins scheduled an appt. to have a new battery installed on 7/3/26. Staffing was sparse due to holiday and i discovered that i could not have a battery installed without a diagnostic check (99.99). It took a long time to perform so I was given a loaner. I returned on Monday 7/6/26 to discover the technician was not working and no one was working on my car. List of discrepancies totaled $828 and that excluded the diagnostic and the battery and installation. On 9/15/2022 i had the brake fluid flushed at 80668 miles, one of the $230.00 discrepancy was to flush the brake fluid @87664 miles (7000 miles}. I did manage to get someone to install the battery.
