We have always had great customer service at Lexus of Colorado Springs. We bought the car and the service plan from them and happy with both. They took the time to explain it to us and help us to look for and prevent rocks/debris getting caught in the wheels/rotors or brake system. Very happy with the Lexus team. More

Poor customer service… rude used car director. Said the car would be ready to test drive at 12:00. It wasn’t ready until after 1:00. Car was so dirty I was embarrassed to test drive it. Waited another hour to visit manager to finalize purchase(paid cash)Once the vehicle was ready to drive home it had been washed, but there were 3-4 dirt/grease smudges on the headliner. After 4 1/2 hours at the dealership we drove home(200 miles )and realized there was no owner’s manual. Staff was very friendly, but the dealership lacks organization and quality of service. In fairness, it was a Saturday. More
