A few months ago we decided to start looking for a different vehicle. We decided that Motor City might be a good place to look. We must say that we were very impressed with Mark. He was able to quickly answer our questions about what Kuni Lexus had to offer us and he had a mannerism that made us feel very comfortable. After looking at all the vehicles in Motor City we were interested in, we decided that Mark had answered our questions and met our needs with the RX350 at Kuni. We purchased our RX350 late that day and Mark bent over backwards to make sure we had our vehicle by that evening. We are extremely happy with our purchase and we are extremely happy with Mark. This year we decided to stop talking and check things out. We contacted Kuni Lexus of Colorado Springs and were introduced to Mark Fales. We found Mark to be not only extremely knowledgable about every aspect of the Lexus RX350; but most important to us, eager to help us find the right fit for us. Realize that most of this was via phone and email - if Mark was not going to be available, he made sure that there would always be someone available to help us. When we found our vehicle, it was in another state and had to be delivered to Kuni. We made the trip to Colorado Springs but due to trucking problems, the RX350 didn't arrive on time and we couldn't sitck around. Mark and the staff took care of us - they gave us a loaner RX350 so we could get home and then delivered our RX350, complete with the bow on top. Mark has since phoned and emailed us just to be sure that all is well with our vehicle. Over the years we have purchased a lot of cars from a lot of different dealers, and this was by far our best purchasing experience. We would highly recommend Kuni Lexus of Colorado Springs and especially Mark Fales to anyone thinking of a new vehicle. In fact, we have already made that reecommendation to a few friends.
