This is our third new Lexus since 2009. We wanted to up-grade because of the new safety features and ease of the GPS. We were anti-hybrid until Bill suggested we test drive the new ES300h. WOW! We are so pleased with it we are planning to upgrade our RX350 to a RX450h within the next year or so. Bill has been great to work with and has been endlessly patient with two seniors. The Service Department is superior. Because we live out of town, a CLEAN loner has always been made available. All of the services and personnel within the dealership are stellar. She took care of my input, walked me to the waiting loaner car (door open and ready for me - Wow!) and kindly showed me how to use the keyless ignition. Tess kept me informed throughout the entire time my Lexus was in the service dept. and checked me out with a smile and pleasant demeanor. I really appreciated the loaner car, as I do not own another vehicle and work full-time. I'll be back in future for all oil changes and service, although previously I had avoided the dealership due to warnings from friends and relatives that the cost is prohibitive.
