I had purchased a 2014 Chevy Silverado from them . The truck had to come back in to get repairs, by the time they finally got this truck completed the temp tag was expired. I had a pair of beats audio headphones my son had bought me in the truck that disappeared when it was with them. I sent a text the service adviser, I never heard back. It is a nice dealership my sales guy was great but unfortunately why things didn't work so well on the service department. More

Excellent team of folks who seem highly committed to make the customer experience seamless and positive. The class on the new technical features of the car was very helpful but a bit fast for me. I cannot reproduce but half of what was presented to me. A bit slower with return demonstration by the purchaser ( me ) would help it sink in better. For example, he showed me the phone connection to all my iphone apps and how they appeared on the Lexus screen (cool!) and that they would work whenever I plugged it in … nope… so how do I trouble shoot that, what steps did I miss after just plugging it in? It seemed so easy when he did it???? I’ll study the tutorial and figure it out… But, overall, everyone was a great team communicating and working together!!! More
