Hello everyone. I have a 2015 Gx460. I came to the dealer with a brake problem. They said find the problem. They did an inspection and said that you need to change t I have a 2015 Gx460. I came to the dealer with a brake problem. They said find the problem. They did an inspection and said that you need to change the entire brake system up to the brake pads (I changed the rear two weeks ago). They counted me almost $ 7000. They didn’t find the problem and decided to change everything. Not professionally. It seems that the dealer’s policy is just to rip off more money from customers. I don’t recommend More

One hour prior to my scheduled appointment I received a call from Billy double checking my VIN to ensur Billy, the Service Technician was superior. One hour prior to my scheduled appointment I received a call from Billy double checking my VIN to ensure the ordered part matched my vehicle. He didn't want me to make the trip to the dealer without being absolutely certain everything was ready. Upon arrival, they had a loaner car standing by should I want it. I decided to wait in the customer wait area because the work was estimated to only need 1-2 hours. After only 30 minutes, the job was done. I highly recommend this dealership. More
I had purchased a 2014 Chevy Silverado from them . The truck had to come back in to get repairs, by the time they finally got this truck completed the temp tag was expired. It is a nice dealership my sales guy was great but unfortunately why things didn't work so well on the service department. More
