Excellent 1st experience with this dealership as I am new resident to COS earlier this year. The personnel was welcoming, inviting, and knowledgeable. The wait time minimal and their waiting area was comfortable and impeccable. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Outrageously expensive poor customer service. I have had three Lexus this was my worst experience! Charged double what was told would probably cost, called to discuss work completed, no answer, I have had three Lexus this was my worst experience! Charged double what was told would probably cost, called to discuss work completed, no answer, told to leave message mailbox full, finally reached someone who said my agent would call me next morning Never called. Employees are very courteous and the service department did a great job servicing our vehicle. They got our vehicle in right away and changed the oil , rotated the tires, and washed it as well.
