I was incredibly happy with Vy and every staff member I interacted with at Lexus Colorado Springs. Everyone was wonderful and went above and beyond. That level of care isn’t common these days. I was greeted by Michael (I think that was his name), who is one of their techs. Both times I arrived and he was awesome- super friendly, attentive and I felt like my car was in good hands. They provided a loaner since I needed new brake pads, and they didn’t want to rush to get it done before end of day. They even gave my car a complimentary wash before I picked up. This is my first Lexus, and while I know I might love my car a little too much, I originally planned to have service done elsewhere since I didn’t purchase it from Lexus, and dealer service is often more expensive. There’s a lot of recommended service for the GX460, so I decided to try these guys out so my car would be taken care of, and I was not disappointed. The customer service, communication, and overall knowledge of the team exceeded my expectations. It was a true five-star experience from start to finish. I felt confident my car was in great hands and never felt like an inconvenience. While Lexus is a luxury brand, this dealership felt welcoming and comfortable, and I’m grateful for it. I’ll absolutely be bringing my car back to Lexus Colorado Springs moving forward! More
