We were traveling form Texas to Chattanooga and knowing that a 40,000 mile service wa This is for Lexus certified service on our 2018 RX 350 sport. We were traveling form Texas to Chattanooga and knowing that a 40,000 mile service was needed, this was scheduled in advance. Upon arrival at the dealership we met with the service advisor. She was good and when I asked about service, in particular the air and cabin filers, she stated that they no longer change the filers but with check and clean the filters. We had the oil and filer changed, filters checked and cleaned and tires rotated, according the paper work we received. When we got back to our daughters home, I checked the glove box and under the hood. I noticed that nothing had been touched or moved in the glovebox. The cabin filer is located behind the glove box. I raised the hood and noted that the engine was dirty, my bad. However, there was no evidence that the air filer has been checked and cleaned. I removed the air filer and it was dirty, NOT CLEANED or even touched. I left prints on the air box, they left NONE. When we got home from the trip, I removed the cabin filer and was shocked to see how dirty it was. Had they removed the cabin filer, they would have recommended a change in the cabin filer. It was too dirty to clean. The cabin filer could have gotten as dirty as it is/was from the time that were left the dealer and returned home, about two weeks. I have replaced the cabin filer and a decent auto dealer would have recommended the same. Makes me wonder IF the tires were rotated. The wheel lock was in the back of the glove box and in the same place when the vehicle was returned to us. This is supposed to LEXUS CERTIFIED SERVICE. We love the car, BUT the service at Lexus is terrible. Lexus Chattanooga billed the home company for work they did not do. The bill, had we been charged was close to $300.00. We got the oil and filter and too our knowledge, that is all. I would not recommend this service center for service. If you go there, be careful. This could be that: 1 we don't live there, 2, certified service, let's cut corners, 3, just bad service department. More

I have taken my vehicle to this dealership 3 times, and Andrea was my service representative. Each time she listened and showed an interest in my concern. Went to get a used car checked. Lexus spent hours making me wait for a mechanic to review it and kept transferring me to different people in the dealership then charged me for the inspection even though no me wait for a mechanic to review it and kept transferring me to different people in the dealership then charged me for the inspection even though no work was done on the cars (other area mechanics have not charged or have charged minimum amounts for inspections). Very difficult dealer to work with. More
