Airbag Recall Repair Experience Took My ES350 in for Airbag recall, Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice and helpful. They gave me a loaner vehicle so I could return to work Took My ES350 in for Airbag recall, Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice and helpful. They gave me a loaner vehicle so I could return to work. They repaired my airbag and called me when my car was ready. They also did a once over on my car and told me there were 3 issues that needed attention and gave me an estimate for the cost of these repairs. When I returned to pick up my car it had been washed and vacuumed. I had a great experience with the entire process. Thanks, Eric and all of the others that helped me. More

Great service for unexpected travel stop! Jeffrey Milsaps was awesome. We had to quickly find a Lexus service place on our driving trip and even without an appt. Great service with Eric I called Eric about a noise I was hearing at 60 mph rate of speed, he was quick to get my RX 350 in, called me few hours later, my SUV was ready. John knows all of the Lexus vehicles very well, and he knows what services should be done and when they should be done to insure that everything will continue to operate properly without doing things that are not required. What a refreshing change: somebody who wants to help you do what is needed without trying to sell you a bunch of various stuff that is really not needed!
