07 GX470 Service I purchased a 07 GX470 as the 2 nd owner with 109000 miles on it. I purchased due to the body style and not being a daily drive more so as a toy. Ne I purchased a 07 GX470 as the 2 nd owner with 109000 miles on it. I purchased due to the body style and not being a daily drive more so as a toy. Needed some minor repairs. GX had always been serviced at a Lexus Dealer and I wanted to continue. Cory with Lexus of Chattanooga did not hesitate to help me out on two different trips for normal maintenance. Eric Liner is awesome (and Ralph Paty) Eric Liner is a really nice person who goes above and beyond his duties. There was a chip missing to my GPS and he drove it to my house after hours an Eric Liner is a really nice person who goes above and beyond his duties. The brakes work great! The loaner came in handy I came in to see what was making a noise in my steering or suspension. They diagnosed it as a strut bearing problem that wasn't serious. I was traveling away from home when I needed my 30K service before heading back to OK. I called Lexus of Chatty expecting not get in the schedule - I was wrong. Eric answered the phone and turned my panic into a "we can help you" and scheduled my car in immediately. Eric and all the other Service Reps were top professionals, friendly and helpful.
