This was my first time dealing with Lexus of Chattanooga. I was fortunate to get Nate in the service department on the phone. I live in the Atlanta area. My daughters car was in Summerville , Georgia. with a missing key. Nate listened to my dilemma and said he would do all he could to help. I had the car towed to him to program the valet key. He kept me and my daughter informed on the process and cost involved. I received a call from Nate after the weekend and he called and asked me if he could search the car just in case it was in there somewhere. I gave him that permission.he took it upon himself to go search the car for the key instead of asking a tech or valet. He found it under the drivers seat by the console and called me and my daughter with the news. we were thankful and relieved. I asked him the cost to still program the valet key , he advised me and said it would be done that day. Nate went beyond the call of duty and proved there are still good and honest people in the automotive service business. I would and will recommend your dealer for sales or service and tell them to ask for Nate for service . More
