Since the original transaction on April 13, 2020 he has been very helpful with several matters and always handled things with a smile and a kind word. The after sale experience was not good. My car had swirl marks all over the paint due to a detailer that didn’t know what he/she was doing or just didn’t care. It needs paint correction now. My salesman Marc Bales never responded back to the photos I sent him of the swirl marks. I didn’t want money back or anything I just wanted him to acknowledge it. I wanted them to prevent this from happening to other customers in the future. He also never respond back to emails about the delayed paperwork and check from our trade in. Finally, I had a question about our lease and he didn’t respond back to that either. Aftersales support is extremely important and I'm surprised he didn’t step up and deliver on that front since he was so attentive during the negations. My pre-sale experience was a good one with Lexus of Chattanooga. Friendly and honest people in that regard. More
