Very clean and beautiful dealership! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I worked with Ralph Paty to order my new Lexus RX 350. He kept me informed weekly about the time of arrival of my new car and w friendly and helpful. I worked with Ralph Paty to order my new Lexus RX 350. He kept me informed weekly about the time of arrival of my new car and was most helpful when I went to the dealership to pick it up. He even made pictures of me with my new car! Leigh Ann Morgan did the initial paper work and explained financing. She called me the day before my car arrived and gave me the final payment information. Aaron Schreiner was most helpful in explains all the technology and setting up my iPhone and the Lexus app. Marc Bales was most helpful with all the final paper work that I had to sign. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I love my new Lexus… this is #5 for me to drive! More
