In this horrible market we are currently tolerating, Marc Bales went above and beyond to find exactly what I wanted. I had very specific needs for my new car that 3 other dealerships (sales persons) told me Bales went above and beyond to find exactly what I wanted. Within 2 weeks he found the vehicle that I had requested. Every single option that I required!
