We recently purchased our 3rd Lexus vehicle & we have never experienced the level of service at other Lexus dealerships as we did at Lexus of Chattanooga. Ralph Paty went above and beyond to help us in never experienced the level of service at other Lexus dealerships as we did at Lexus of Chattanooga. Ralph Paty went above and beyond to help us in locating the exact car we were looking for. He kept us updated on the progress of our search throughout the entire progress. His level of customer service is second to none & doesn’t stop when you drive the car off the lot. He wants to help in any way he can and he has gained a customer for life! I can't say enough nice things about this dealership. Ralph answered my email query almost immediately and told me he had a car coming in that was just what I wanted. He did indeed. The vehicle went through the Lexus certification process and what I received was as good as new. Beautiful job of prep and detail. Though I had owned an identical Lexus previously, Jackson made sure I knew all the tech ins and outs, and linked my phone and HomeLink with the car as well. Dale was great to work with in finance. He made spending a bunch of money fun. Once the deal was done, Ralph drove to the rental store and picked me up after dropping off my rental. The dealership was immaculate and attractive. Everyone I encountered was beyond pleasant and helpful. My only regret is that I live in Nashville and won't be able to get my Lexus serviced at this dealership. However, when it comes time to buy another Lexus, I think I'll make the journey to Chattanooga again. More

He was prompt with updates about my car status, excited with me, called me immediately when it came in. He was professional and so personable. Everything was flawless from ordering to completion of paperwork. Everyone we interacted with was kind, professional, and I am thrilled with my new GX.
