10/10 recommend. I heard so many good things about owning a Lexus that when I started my search, I decided to check them out. The atmosphere at the dealership was inviting and the people were nice and welcoming. It was a positive and enjoyable experience for someone who was very skeptical about making such a sizable investment. I highly recommend Lexus of Chattanooga to anyone considering a luxury vehicle purchase. And when you do visit, be sure to ask for Cody Clark! You'll meet a kind, patient, caring, and honest guy who will greet you with a smile, and make you forget he's a salesman. I was really impressed with Cody because he understood my reluctance and respected my need to take my time. Instead of being pushy, he was informative and patient; and instead of applying pressure, he was professional and considerate. It was a pleasure working with Cody during my decision-making process, and once I decided to buy a Lexus, I got to meet the 2nd half of the ‘LEXUS Dynamic Duo’! My pleasure was extended when I met Justin Hendrick, the finance expert who made the purchasing process smooth, simple, easy and I dare say, fun! He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and just plain down-to-earth. If you can request a specific finance officer, you can’t go wrong by requesting Justin. Great experience with Lexus of Chattanooga. Ralph Paty was excellent to work with. He went over everything with us and made sure we were happy with our purchase.
