Worst experience. Long time Lexus owner and very worst car buying experience. Rotated between 3 cars because the ones promised initially were sold even though we start Long time Lexus owner and very worst car buying experience. Rotated between 3 cars because the ones promised initially were sold even though we started paperwork on each one. Hours of time lost at dealership waiting. Received no lease paperwork at all. Had to come back to sign the title. Come to find out the tires aren’t all weather in a snowy climate and complete refusal to mitigate. After switching cars 3x I failed to notice the tires before signing. Tried to schedule service for new tires, person on the phone yawned audibly 2x and said they no longer give loaners and couldn’t tell me how much time service would take. My Lincoln comes TO ME to drop a loaner and take my car for service!I didn’t expect that level of service but at a minimum expected a loaner especially since my EV should get complimentary loaner for road trips. Received email confirming appt and it lists the incorrect vehicle model and says that I need a repair? Nothing about tires. Immediately cancelled and went elsewhere. Worst automotive experience of my life. More

We walked into the dealership after alot of research online and not looking forward to the dealership experience. However, we were greeted friendly and introduced to Ty and our experience from that poin online and not looking forward to the dealership experience. However, we were greeted friendly and introduced to Ty and our experience from that point on was truly a pleasant, informative and fun event. We never felt hurried, Ty spent time with us to hear what we wanted, showed us many cars and options before and after our test drive. Ty and Nate spent time to get the options and pricing on 2 vehicles for us to go home and decide on. We walked out that day knowing we would be buying the Lexus RX350h but held off for a few days only because Ty found a vehicle that had the interior color we wanted to see was coming in and would call us to let us see it before our final decision. Happily, we did get to see it because it did not turn out to be what we wanted. We ordered the car we wanted that day and left anxious to pick it up. On the day we came to pick up the car we found that the tire size what different than what we selected but Ty and Sam worked this out with us. Sam was extremely informative and worked with us with the end result wanting our dealership experience to be a good one. Finalizing the financial side of this purchase was even a pleasant experience. Jeff was extremely informative, we enjoyed talking with him and he took the time to let us talk through the warranty options with him. Finally, Ryan thoroughly walked us through the how to's of the car before driving off, answering all our questions and even getting our phones synced. Our entire experience was a great, luxury experience. Ty was with us through every step and even explained what our service center experience will be like when the time comes - we are even looking forward to that. Lexus is a great product, from everyone we dealt with at the dealership we felt each truly believed in this car and was working to make our experience buying and owning this car a happy one. We keep our cars a long time, but when we purchase another vehicle, we will be back here to find Ty and start the process again. Thank you all for a truly nice and fun experience in our first Lexus purchase. More
I don't like buying cars because the process is usually pretty horrible. He was straightforward, respectful, and made it as easy and painless as possible. I will recommend him and Lexus of Brookfield to others. My only complaint is the hidden extras they add to the cost of the vehicle at the end of the sale. It adds to the overall cost of the vehicle, are really not necessary, and the cost is very inflated for what you get. The floor mats don't even fit my vehicle, but I had to pay extra for them. That didn't sit well with me. Aside from that it was great experience and it would not deter me from buying more vehicles from them in the future. More
