CPO 2016 LEXUS ES350 IT WAS BACK & FORTH DURING THE PURCHASE. I BOUGHT THE LEXUS ON 12-19-17. I PICKED IT UP THE NEXT DAY & FINISHED THE PAPERWORK & ADDED THE KEY & TIRE & IT WAS BACK & FORTH DURING THE PURCHASE. I BOUGHT THE LEXUS ON 12-19-17. I PICKED IT UP THE NEXT DAY & FINISHED THE PAPERWORK & ADDED THE KEY & TIRE & WHEEL WARRANTY.UNFORTUNATELY, TWO WEEKS LATER ON 1-4-18, IN THE AFTERNOON, I GOT A FLAT TIRE. I CALLED & WITHIN AN HOUR A TRUCK CAME & PUT THE SPARE BOAT ON THE TIRE. HE INFORMED ME THAT I SHOULD GET TO THE NEAREST DEALER BECAUSE THOSE TIRES DON;T LAST LONG AT ALL. I WENT TO NORTHSHORE BECAUSE IT WAS CLOSER TO ME. THE SERVICE ADVISOR STATED THAT A NAIL IN THE RIM WAS THE BLAME. IT COULDN'T BE FIXED. THEY MEASURED MY FLAT TIRE & STATED IT WAS AT 4/32. & THE OTHER TIRES WERE AT 5/32. I LOOKED AT THE 161 PT REPORT AND ALL TIRES ON THEM STATED 7 & 8/32'S. MY HUSBAND MEASURED THE TIRES ALSO, THE TECHNICIAN AT NORTHSHORE WAS CORRECT ON THE MEASUREMENT. THERE WAS NO WAY I WAS GOING TO RIDE ON THOSE TIRES. I DID REPLACE THEM BECAUSE THE SERVICE ADVISOR STATED THAT THE WARRANTY WOULD NOT PAY FOR THEM. FOR SAFETY PURPOSES I DECIDED TO REPLACE THEM. IT DIDN;T MAKE SENSE FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF ONE TIRE & NOT REPLACE THE OTHER TIRES. I ENDED UP CANCELLING THE WARRANTY. I ASKED THE SERVICE MANAGER ON WHY THE REPORT WAS DIFFERENT THAN THE MEASUREMENT 2 WEEKS LATER. I ALSO ASKED IF THEY COULD REFUND ME THE $1200 I PAID FOR THE TIRES. HE STATED THAT BECAUSE I DIDN;T BRING MY TIRE UP TO THE BROOKFIELD DEALERSHIP FOR MEASUREMENT, THEY WOULD NOT REFUND ME AT ALL. I SPOKE WITH MY SALESMAN & HE GAVE ALL MY PAPERWORK INCLUDING THE INSPECTION REPORT, THE MEASUREMENTS FROM THE NORTHSHORE DEALERSHIP & THE RECEIPT TO THE USED CAR MANAGER & THE MANAGER OF THE DEALERSHIP. NO RESPONSE FROM EITHER OF THEM. I GUESS SAFETY ISN;T THERE THING FOR CONSUMERS. THE PURSUIT OF PERFECTION ISN;T EITHER. WE ALL KNOW WHEN I COME IN FOR MY FREE MAINTENANCE, THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WILL STATE THAT I NEED TO GET NEW TIRES. WE'LL, THAT;S DONE ALREADY. I WILL CONTINUE TO GET MY SERVICE FROM THE NORTHSHORE DEALERSHIP. I DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL. ESPECIALLY ON MY TIRES. THEY LIED ABOUT THE TREAD BECAUSE THEY DIDN;T WANT TO PUT ANY MORE MONEY ON THAT USED CAR. IT HAD 7400 MILES ON IT. SAM, MY SALESMAN, STATED THAT BECAUSE ITS ALMOST A NEW CAR, THEY PROBABLY DIDN;T DO MUCH TO IT. SO IF YOU BUY A USED CAR FROM THE BROOKFIELD LOCATION, BE VERY CAREFUL ON THE TIRES.. I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM AGAIN. I SHOULD OF WENT TO CHICAGO, LIKE I USUALLY DO. THIS WAS MY 3RD CAR FROM THEM OVER 10 YEARS. THEY DON;T RETURN CALLS & EVEN THE SALESMAN DON'T CALL YOU BACK. I HAVE TO CALL THEM BACK TO CHECK ON MY REFUND. I BOUGHT THE TIRES ON 1-8-18. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. IT;S NOW 2-15-18. I TALKED WITH THE SAM THREE TIMES. STILL NO RESPONSE. More

My initial contact with online manager, Nate Rench set the stage for an outstanding buying experience. He answered my online inquiry in one day and continued to keep in contact until I could drive the 90 miles to come and see the SVU I wanted. Jeff Baker in sales was honest and helpful in arranging the purchase and following up later to make sure I was satisfied and did not have any questions. Jordan Klein was efficient with the many forms necessary to complete the purchase and made the process as painless as possible. Wade Schumacher, technology specialist, could not have been more friendly, understanding and knowledgeable as he spent 2 ½ hours with me going over the many features of my new car. He made it fun instead of intimidating. Then to top off the day, I was introduced to the Executive General manager, Joe Palmisano. It’s no wonder that this dealership is totally different than the others I visited in search for my new SVU. Joe was very personable and professional.
