Technology delivery specialist Wade Schumacher was the perfect candidate to take on this task! He quickly connected my new phone to the Blue Tooth feature, and figured out the solution to an unusually low ring volume on incoming and outgoing calls that could not be solved by just manually turning up the volume. He patiently retaught me the process for adding radio stations to my preset station list. He taught me some neat hands free Siri tricks adding voice commands via the telephone off hook icon to my "reminders and notes" iPhone icons. Wade had other little tips during our session that will prove to be very helpful in making the most of my new Lexus technology. Wade is an invaluable resource to the Brookfield Lexus Dealership and all of it's customers! He was a pleasure to deal with. More

Bad customer service and rep I found this 2006 Tundra online and called the dealership to go test drive in which I did. I really liked it and was planning to buy it. However, the truck still need to go through full inspection and certified to sell so I told the sales rep to call me when it's ready. He's like yeah definitely it should be ready by tomorrow. The next day gone by...no call...2 days go by and I called talk to the sales rep....he just simply told me...sorry, the truck was sold the minute it got put onto the lot...I'm like...xxx dude. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS THEY SEE YOU ARE RICH. More
