Wade is incredibly knowledgeable about the cars features and brought much personal insight to their application...we learned a lot. After sitting with him for an hour learning about all the cool stuff the car does, I understand why Wade is so enthusiastic about it. Technical issue with Lexus GX460 I recently had an issue with my Lexus GX460. The interior lights would not turn off. Of course this happened on a Saturday when the service department I recently had an issue with my Lexus GX460. The interior lights would not turn off. Of course this happened on a Saturday when the service department had already closed. The receptionist transferred me to Wade Schumacher with the hope that he could help me resolve the issue. Wade immediately returned my message on a Saturday afternoon. He sent a text out to multiple Lexus dealerships to try to get some advice for me. In an hour's time he called me with advice from a dealership in California. This ultimately worked, and I avoided a dead battery, and a trip into the dealership. Wade was very helpful, funny, and truly went above and beyond on a late Saturday afternoon. I have said it once, and I will say it a hundred times. . .I will never drive another car other than a Lexus. Not only because of the quality of the car, but the way they stand behind their product! We live in Central Indiana, they gave me a fair trade in offer, and had the vehicle spotless and ready to go when we arrived at 9:00 AM the following morning (@ 5 hour drive for us). We spent evening in Brookfield. Dave had everything ready to go,showed us our new car, business mgr meeting set up, he transferred everything from old car to new, and the Technology Manager, Wade Schumacher, was thorough, very knowledgeable, fun, regarding all new technology in our new Lexus. As we requested, we were in and out in two hours, and on are way home. This is our 7th Lexus owned in last 30 years. Four different dealerships. We are big Lexus brand customers.
