"Tech Expert" - Lexus Wade I recently had the opportunity to meet Wade at Lexus of Brookfield. I was accompanying someone that had just purchased a vehicle and Wade was going th I recently had the opportunity to meet Wade at Lexus of Brookfield. I was accompanying someone that had just purchased a vehicle and Wade was going thru a "Hands - on" tutorial. Not sure how Wade is able to keep all of the features from the various Lexus models straight, but, he was Amazing! Very knowledgeable & patient! I think the part that impressed me the most was how he understood that new car owners would probably have questions once they drove off the lot. Of course, one would always be able to return to the dealership for a refresher. Wade, however, has gone above & beyond by permitting the new owner to "Text" questions or screen shots of the questions to him! Lexus Wade!! Great idea! More
