There vehicles were clean. Some of the dealerships we called ahead of time about specific vehicles and they were filthy. I did not call Brookfield and their vehicles were spotless. They stayed late so I did not have to make another 8 hour round trip to pick my up vehicle. More

(Wade Schumacher) I would never have returned for my third Lexus : 2015 Nx, 2018 Lc, and 2019 Nx. without the knowledge that training was part of the deal. Wade taught me the technology on all three of these vehicles. I am an older woman, 76 years of age. I did not grow up with computers and all the bells and whistles that Lexus now has. I do not believe I would have purchased all three of these vehicles without the assurance that I would have as much training as I needed. You do not need to be a Rhode Scholar to enjoy all that Lexus has to offer: you only need Wade Schumacher. I have the comfort of knowing that I am not alone if I run into any situation that I need help with. More
