I arrived late after my service call up the hill and even though I felt bad, Wade seemed only interested in making my visit special. He got me a water and we headed for the car. He gave me his undivided attention to every detail I was asking about. He is pretty amazing in how he explains the workings of the on board computer. He explains things in an easy, methodical manner that takes it from overload of the brain to "Now that makes sense" and leaves you with the rationalization to do it yourself without ever making you feel like "man, I'm dumb". He never rushed through anything and made sure i had all my questions answered on my time and at my speed. I was accompanying someone that had just purchased a vehicle and Wade was going thru a "Hands - on" tutorial. Not sure how Wade is able to keep all of the features from the various Lexus models straight, but, he was Amazing! Very knowledgeable & patient! I think the part that impressed me the most was how he understood that new car owners would probably have questions once they drove off the lot. Of course, one would always be able to return to the dealership for a refresher. Wade, however, has gone above & beyond by permitting the new owner to "Text" questions or screen shots of the questions to him! Lexus Wade!! Great idea! More
