Get everything in writing Price quoted was not what was charged. $800 in add-on fees when finalizing the paperwork. Make sure you get all promises in writing because they seem to have a fair amount of turnover. Just because someone promised you a free detailing or free oil change, there is a good chance that person will no longer be at the dealership when you try to get the work done. All I can stress is get the final price IN WRITING before agreeing to buy a vehicle from these people and make sure you get all promises IN WRITING as well. More

Above & Beyond Exceptional! From the moment we walked in the door at Lexus of Brookfield, we were treated exceptionally well. We honestly weren't sure what type of SUV we were go From the moment we walked in the door at Lexus of Brookfield, we were treated exceptionally well. We honestly weren't sure what type of SUV we were going to purchase, but after seeing and sitting in the Lexus at the Auto Show, we really wanted to check out the Lexus. We were greeted with a smile and handshake by Dale Roeglin. His energy and genuine love of his products beams through his smile. He answered every question. He made us feel like we would truly be cared for by their dealership. When we left the dealership (without purchasing), we felt like we really wanted to purchase our vehicle from Lexus of Brookfield. By the time we got home, we called Dale back and told him we were REALLY interested in the 2018 pre-certified 300 NX that he had shown us. Mind you, we almost bought the 2019 but realized that the 2018 had everything we needed and with only 9K miles, it was a beautiful vehicle with a great price. Fast forward a couple days, and we returned to purchase our vehicle. My husband, who ALWAYS gets buyer's remorse when he makes big purchases, had NO buyer's remorse! No tossing and turning...he slept like a baby!!! No questioning if he was doing the "right thing." When we picked up our vehicle, it was spotless. The service department had it looking brand new. The bow on top and roses were over the top AMAZING! Jordon Klein filled us in on all the details in the finance department. Wade Schumacher explained all the basics inside the vehicle....in layman's terms so we could understand it! Wade made us feel comfortable with all the electronics and controls. We were introduced to just about everyone! Thanks to Dale Roeglin and everyone at Lexus of Brookfield, we came as potential buyers and left as family! By the way, the car is super comfortable, beautiful, and everything we could have ever dreamed of! We LOVE it! More
