Lots of back and forth and monkeying around, playing games and quite patronizing. Not enjoyable. Once that was resolved, however, the rest of the purchasing experience was great. Jordan Klein made the financing and paperwork process seamless and Wade Schumacher made the delivery part a truly wonderful experience. Wade really kicked up the customer service to rockstar levels.
