Fantastic Customer Service My Wife and I worked with Kevin Bell on our purchase of our 2015 Lexus RX 350. We originally tried out a Silver RX but it had already been sold befo My Wife and I worked with Kevin Bell on our purchase of our 2015 Lexus RX 350. We originally tried out a Silver RX but it had already been sold before before we got home. Two days later another Beautiful RX 350 was put on the lot. We contacted Kevin and made an appointment to try it out. We were very impressed with the condition and how it handled. We negotiated a Fair price for our trade and a Great price for the RX. Since it was a Lexus Certified vehicle we could hardly go wrong. The day of delivery was just a little chaotic, but we were able to drive away with our RX 350. To our delight, we were provided 2 one hour sessions with Wade the Technology Specialist. It was the most valuable two hours ever spent. He was very patient and was able to get everything working and connected for us (garage doors, Bluetooth connect our cell phones, set our radio, set up the GPS for favorites, set our seat positions, etc). With the training sessions we were able to use the technology immediately! Wade's contribution to the sale was priceless! More

Buyer Beware! Deceptive used car sales tactics I purchased a Used vehicle last June and was sold a "bumper to bumper" extended warranty. I called and spoke to the used car sales manager and he was rude, aggressive and hung up on me after using profane language. Please let this review serve as a warning. there are so many choices out there for buying a used car, do your self a favor and go somewhere else. More

I am not very good with technology but found out that I could take my car to the Lexus dealership in Brookfield even though I purchased the car in Michigan and get a technology lesson on the car. We met with Wade S and he spent two hours with us teaching us the inns and outs of the car. All is I can say is I hope this gentleman gets paid well because I never spent that much time with somebody who was so patient and so thorough and knew his business so well. He treated my husband and I like we were close friends of his. He went above and beyond showing us and teaching us things that were not even in the manual. He did all the set up of everything we needed including additional apps on my phone that go through the car. He showed us tips and tricks that were very useful. He invited us to come back after we drove the car for a couple weeks with any further questions or demonstrations we needed. Wade is highly knowledgeable and extremely professional and friendly. He was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to going back and meeting with him again if necessary. He also told me I could text him anytime with questions or give him a call anytime. More

He gives key points and works from section to section of the SUV. To be a good teacher is “an art” and Wade creates a “classroom” where you feel comfortable asking questions and a message to call anytime with further questions. More
