This is our first Lexus and based on our experience so far, it certainly won’t be our last. From the moment we walked in the door until we drove away in our new car, my husband and I (and on one visit, our daughter) were treated with courtesy and professionalism beyond compare but not only that, it was also a super friendly and welcoming atmosphere that didn’t feel phony or forced. We were encouraged to call or stop in with any questions or concerns and I won’t hesitate to do so. Highly recommend every thing about this dealership, employees and vehicle!!! More
