I would not recommend investing your money here. Mostly because I was told by the sales team there that they don’t negotiate and if I couldn’t afford it, I shouldn’t try to purchase a car there. I’m a woman of color and a lot of assumptions were made about my financial situation. Special shoutout to Steve in the certified pre-owned area who seemed actively angry I would dare inquire about negotiation. I ended up purchasing a car with a better safety rating and more features from BMW. And wanted to spend more money because of the quality of service there. Avoid this Lexus dealership. More
