Repair of transmission linkage cable failed. Returned for adjustment and they lost my key fob. Replaced one fob but not the second one until a day later. Spent four of my time dealing with a rep Returned for adjustment and they lost my key fob. Replaced one fob but not the second one until a day later. Spent four of my time dealing with a repair that wasn’t completed correctly. My impression is the service department isn’t focused on customer satisfaction. You pay premium price for product and service that is what you expect. I will need to find a different dealership that values me as a customer. More
