Mark was professional, friendly and thorough in his explanation. The details he gave was helpful in making the decision. He took his time to work with us and did not pressurize us for a decision. Appointments were timely and the test drive arrangements were perfect for us to get a good feel. He is excellent to work with. Jannelle was very pleasant and took the time to answer all our questions. Drew was outstanding in walking us through the technical aspects of the vehicle. Shab was very hospitable and gave us suggestions on how to quickly finalize the sale. Overall very good experience for my wife and myself.
