From the time I stepped on to the lot, I was greeted with a smile and amazing customer service. I was initially just looking at vehicles, but because of the warm welcome, I quickly knew I was going to drive a smile and amazing customer service. I was initially just looking at vehicles, but because of the warm welcome, I quickly knew I was going to drive away with the perfect vehicle for me. I happened to have my black lab, Olive with me that day, and Yoko was quick to offer Olive the opportunity to join me inside the showroom. The entire staff was welcoming to both myself and Olive that first day and thereafter. The whole experience from start to when I drove off the lot was fantastic. I HIGHLY recommend Lexus of Akron/Canton. I love my GX 460!! More

Kari is wonderful. She was always responsive and proactive. Nothing left out. We have purchased many Lexus cars/SUVs in past from other dealerships and none of those She was always responsive and proactive. Nothing left out.
