We came to Akron Lexus to test drive a Rx350. Shelley was extremely helpful. She showed us 2 different models to choose from and we test drove both. Kristen, my sales consultant, and John, the finance manager, provided first-in-class service from the moment I called to inquire about a new car. The experience could not have been better. Their understanding of my wants and needs, in addition to their communication and prompt follow through were superior to all of the other dealerships I visited. As well, Drew was beyond patient in training me on all things electronic and showing me how to operate all of the extras that come with owning a Lexus. The service department has been incredibly accommodating, even giving me a vehicle to drive while mine was being prepped. And the service area has amenities that make waiting very comfortable - including beverages and snacks. I am a customer for life! Thank you for taking the anxiety and hassle out of purchasing a car. Great experience overall when I took my mom to buy her new Lexus. We were sort of dreading the visit because my dad recently passed away and we were trading in two vehicles that had sentimental value. E new Lexus. We received a very fair offer on the trade-ins and Earl made sure my mom was comfortable and answered all our questions.
