Our Lexus Experience with Lexus of Akron Canton My wife and I have purchased 5 Lexus certified pre owned vehicles in the past 9 years. We have never shopped at any other dealership. We have always b My wife and I have purchased 5 Lexus certified pre owned vehicles in the past 9 years. We have never shopped at any other dealership. We have always been treated very good at the dealership Lexus of Akron Canton. The cars we bought were great and never had a problem with them. The service department has always been great. Overall everyone at this dealership treats very good and they all strive hard to make your experience a pleasant one. Our last purchase was this past May. We were greeted by Ms. Tammy Ponomarenko when we arrived. She was most helpful and not pushy. We told her what were looking for and she took the time to walk us through at least 6 different vehicles that fit our requirements. She was very patient as we looked at each vehicle going back and forth and us asking her numerous questions. We finally decided on what we wanted. (a 2016 RX350 wit less than 12,000 miles on it. We test drove the car and were very happy with it. From that point the process was simple and fairly painless. We gave her all our information to get started and before long we were signing the paperwork. Again everyone we encountered there was very professional, courteous and we were treated great. When everything was done Tammy met us and went over all the car features with us. She was never pushy and she was great with going over everything on the car. My wife and I are definitely hooked on the Lexus of Akron Canton and Tammy. More
