Randy McQuaid made my car buying a pleasant experience. Everyone from the sales manager, the woman in finance, to the gentleman who showed me how to use all the technological stuff on my new RX 350. They were all very patient, knowledgeable, and respectful. This is my first Lexus and all the people at the dealership were very welcoming, pleasant, and helpful. My husband came with me but since I was the one buying the car, it was nice that everyone talked directly to me instead of my husband. (You would be surprised how many other dealerships talked to my husband instead of me while I was trying to buy a car). The dealership made a really big deal out of my purchase by having the car in another indoor area and covering the car, then whisking off the cover and everyone clapping and congratulating me on my new purchase.
