Went in for an oil change and requested a thorough checkup of the vehicle as I noticed a fluid leak a few months ago. The dealership provided Uber ride back and forth to my work place which was very m checkup of the vehicle as I noticed a fluid leak a few months ago. The dealership provided Uber ride back and forth to my work place which was very much appreciated. I got a call back detailing what was found during the checkup and I requested quotes on some of the things I wanted to fix. Quotes were provided though it took an hour or so but I didn’t mind as I was not waiting at the service center (took advantage of the Uber ride to my office). Though the tire tread was fine, I was advised of the old age of the tires (I don’t drive much). I appreciated the service center taking the time to look at all the four tires and reading the manufacturing dates of the tires instead of just visually looking at the tire tread and concluding that they were fine. My transaction was handled by Marcos and he was great as he made it very smooth including arranging for the Uber rides. Thanks Marcos! More
