Phone calls, suggested service, completed job paperwork and actual work don't match I am lexus owner since 1992 buying sports car. While I can manage the all-electronic communications, there were issues with the system while my car was there for service. I miss the old waiting room--if the repair work was only a few hours,I'd gladly spend the time reading in the waiting room--and face-to-face communication. I am trying to reduce the number of businesses that keep my credit card on file nor do I like have to enter it online each time I bring my car in. Going the way of the dinosaurs, I guess. More
