Instead of focusing on the car and its features, he asked intrusive and inappro a less-than-pleasant experience with the representative assisting us. Instead of focusing on the car and its features, he asked intrusive and inappropriate questions about our personal lives. Questions like, 'How long have you been in the US?' and 'Can your son speak English?' were not only irrelevant but also made us uncomfortable. Furthermore, his attempt at humor by suggesting we trade our son for the car was highly inappropriate and unprofessional. Such comments have no place in a customer-service setting, and they significantly detracted from our overall experience. Customer service should prioritize respect and professionalism, qualities that were lacking in our interaction with this representative. These incidents have unfortunately left a negative impression of the dealership. I hope that management addresses these issues to ensure a more welcoming and respectful environment for future customers. More
