My goodness, I walked into the dealership closest to my home...planned on looking at used cars across the street (Toyota) and also planned a visit to the Fremont Lexus to see a car I was interested. What can I say, I ended up purchasing my beautiful Lexus NX 300h at Stevens Creek Lexus. Everyone at the dealership was awesome. I lucked out and met Yesenia my sales person...we bonded immediately. I loved working with her that day and there was no pressure at all. Her knowledge about my car was spot on...and she patiently helped me understand all the bells and whistles on the car since I am technically challenged at my age. Once I had the car at home she was always available to answer any questions and returned my calls/texts immediately. I am so impressed with her. I am still in touch with her with questions and she always makes me feel I am not bothering her at all. I wish I needed another car...I would go right back to the dealership and work with Yesenia again. More

Gary was excellent to work with. He is knowledgeable, not pushy, had tons of patience and was a pleasure to work with. The piece which was disappointing is the sun roof on my new car He is knowledgeable, not pushy, had tons of patience and was a pleasure to work with. The piece which was disappointing is the sun roof on my new car was not working properly. I think this should have been checked when the dealership first received the car during the pre inspection and addressed before I received the car. More
