I loved working with her that day and there was no pressure at all. Her knowledge about my car was spot on...and she patiently helped me understand all the bells and whistles on the car since I am technically challenged at my age. Once I had the car at home she was always available to answer any questions and returned my calls/texts immediately. I am so impressed with her. I am still in touch with her with questions and she always makes me feel I am not bothering her at all.
