Even after the sale was complete, he took extra time to make sure everything was set up correctly in the vehicle and addressed any additional questions we had. The only negative part of the purchase process was during our time with the finance manager. He was very pushy, trying to sell us extra services that we did not need. I know this is standard for old school dealerships and we didn't take it personally, but it was still a bad experience. On a more positive note, when it came to going over the actual numbers/contract the finance manager was very professional and detail oriented and he explained everything very clearly to make sure there are no surprises.
