We were met with genuine commitment towards our goal and was shown the vehicle immediately that met our requirements. Mr. Raza provided clear vehicle details, warranty information, was thorough on the purchasing process, and showed us the inside/outside additional facts. He worked with us through each question, and never pressured us for "the buy". Even though there were many customers visiting Lexus Dealership that day, we did not feel a rush to end our customer session so that he could move on to the next customer.
